Once you're pre approved, You're ready to start the planning process. Contact us once youre pre approved so we can get started!
We will figure things out such as lot location, building features and personal customizations

Place the Order then Done!
Once we have everything figured out, we are ready to get your order placed! Once you sign the agreement, you can expect your home to be ready in a few months! Once you're home is finished, you'll close on it with your conventional Mortgage and then you're done!
