Once you're pre approved, You're ready to start the planning process. Contact us once you're pre approved so we can get started! We will figure things out such as lot location, building features and personal customizations

Get on the schedule, then Done!
Once the details of your project are finalized, we’re ready to move forward. After the agreement is signed, we begin scheduling, ordering materials, and preparing for construction. From there, your project moves through each phase of the build—whether it’s a new custom home, remodel, or smaller project—with clear progress along the way.
